These crispy chicken fritters are a crowd-pleaser, perfect as an appetizer or main course. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they’re great for dipping in your favorite sauce!
Ingredients:
- 25 oz shredded chicken (leftover or canned)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- ⅛ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil (vegetable or olive) for frying
Instructions:
- Mix chicken, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
